EuroGlobalMap v2.1 is now available
Released: March 2008. This version includes mainly technical and quality improvements.

Product format:
EuroGlobalMap v2.1 is available in ESRI v9.1 GeoDatabase and can be delivered also
as a "Full Europe" version in addition to the standard country-by-country version.

This digital topographic dataset covers
Europe at the scale 1:1 Million.
It is seamless and harmonised data and is produced in cooperation by the
National Mapping
and Cadastral Agencies of Europe, using
official National Databases.

Coordinate system
Geographical in degrees (longitude, latitude) with decimal fraction and based on the ETRS89 spatial reference system. This coordinate system corresponds WGS84. Coordinates have 9 significant digits which corresponds accuracy around 5 cm.
Standards
Harmonised data specifications synchronized with DIGEST standard and the metadata were designed according to ISO19115 standard.
