. design and administer the Real Property Cadastre and Register;
. register real property objects, real rights to them and legal facts;
. organise and administer the Register of Legal Entities;
. carry out the appraisal of real property for taxation purposes and the real property market research;
. design and develop the real property information system;
. design and administer the State Register of Administrative Units, Settlements and Streets;
. provide information on the registered real property, real rights to it, restrictions on these rights, about legal entities, address to legal and natural entities in paper and in digital form;
. prepare detail regulations, procedures and instructions for real property cadastre, registration process, valuation, providing client services;
. compile and publish Real Property Register maps, real property cadastre maps and valuation maps;
. store and process data on the addresses of administrative units, settlements, streets, houses and premises as well as data on geographical co-ordinates. |
