Travel informations: Apart from railway and bus from neighbour countries you can get to Bratislava by direct flight to Bratislava airport or easily from near Vienna airport. Vienna is 60km from Bratislava. You can either take a bus, which leaves every 30 min roughly, trip takes 1 hour from bus stop No 4 in front of the arrivals hall. There are more companies: red busses of Slovaklines; Regiojet from bus stop No 3 and Blaguss – you can buy ticket directly in the bus as well, it is about 5-8 EUR, but if it’s during ‘peak hours’ it is sometime a challenge to get to a bus.

More comfortable is to book a taxi in advance; EuroGeographics as a co-organizer of the event arranged a transfer option from Vienna airport with the Mercedes Taxi company, booking needs to be done in advance using this link.
