Just a day before the Congress, on 27 September an excellent success was presented - the official introduction of the Permanent (Reference) GPS (GNSS) Stations Network on the territory of the Federation of BiH – FBiHPOS and of the territory of the Republika Srpska - SRPOS. The network has been created and implemented within a project co-funded by the European Commission. Additionally, preconditions have now been put in place for integration of the permanent stations networks of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the neighboring countries and the European permanent stations network (EUREF Permanent Network), resulting in Bosnia and Herzegovina reaching the European trends in this field.
